In case of an emergency
While you’re waiting for us to arrive:
- Turn off all appliances and lights – If you smell gas, immediately turn off all appliances and lights. You should also turn off your gas supply at the gas meter.
- Open all windows and doors – Allow air to enter your home or premises. As much as possible, avoid looking for the gas leak on your own.
- Do not turn on any electrical equipment – Avoid switching on any lights, or any item that may cause a spark.
- Do not smoke or light any match.
- Stay out of the house or building – If possible, leave the building until we arrive.
